What are the benefits of a Schoolhouse Registry?
We offer heirloom products that will last for years to come. After your event date, you’ll receive a 10% completion discount to apply towards any purchase. We offer free and easy returns for any gifts you’d like to exchange along with a dedicated Registry Specialist to help guide you throughout the process.
Where do I start? Can I get helping building my registry?
Of course! Send an email to our Registry Specialist for help with any questions, or to schedule a complimentary consultation.
How do I create a registry?
Click “Gift Registry” at the bottom of our homepage. Select “Create a registry” to log in to your account, complete your profile and start adding items to your registry.
How long is my completion discount valid for?
Your 10% completion discount is active up to six months after your Registry Event Date.
How do I change my registry information?
Click “Gift Registry” at the bottom of our homepage. Select “Manage a registry” to log in to your account, then click “Edit” to make changes.
Can I change the order in which items appear on my registry?
Within “Manage a registry” you can reorder items using the number column on the far left. Just swap out the number for the place you would like the item(s) to appear and hit ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page.
How long will I be able to access my registry after my event date?
Your registry will expire 2 years after your event date.
How can I have a registry removed?

Shipping + Returns
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges will be added to your order as follows: $100 or less: $5.00; $101 or more: 10% of total order.
How do I return a gift after receiving?
If for any reason you need to return an item, just send an email to our Customer Support team who will be happy to assist you!
How will guests know where to ship gifts?
The address entered in your Schoolhouse registry will automatically populate when guests add registry items to their cart. You will be able to enter a ‘ship before event’ address and a ‘ship after event’ address if needed.
Can my guests give my gifts in person if they prefer?
Yes! They can simply change the shipping address after they add registry items to their cart.
How can I track orders off of my registry?
Log in to “Manage my registry” from our Registry page. At the top, next to ‘Registry Home,’ you will see an ‘Orders’ tab. There you will be able to view all orders placed from your registry.
