How long before my order ships?

Each item’s lead time is listed on individual product pages, your cart, and your order confirmation. Once this lead time is complete, your order will ship!

 

Can I change/cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact Customer Support to talk about your options. We’re here to help!

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Schoolhouse Electric Gift Cards. For orders made through Customer Support we can also accept checks and wire transfers. And of course, cash on purchases made in one of our stores.

 

What shipping methods do you offer?

Domestic: We use UPS + USPS to ship most orders within the continental United States.

International: For your convenience, we utilize UPS Worldwide Expedited service to ship from our door to yours. This method includes all customs fees, import duties, and taxes up front.

Store Pick-up: We offer Store Pick-up in our Portland Flagship Showroom. This method waives all shipping costs and is available to choose at check out. (Due to spatial limitations + warehouse location, we are unable to offer store pickup at our NYC Showroom)

 

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic: Orders of $100 or less - $5.00
                  Orders of $101 or more - 10% of total order

International: Calculated at checkout according to location + items on order.

Store Pick-up: Portland Store Pick-up is complementary and waives all shipping costs. (Due to spatial limitations + warehouse location, we are unable to offer store pickup at our NYC Showroom)

 

Where is my order?

Simply log in and head to My Account. Click on “Order Status” next to your order number to get the most up-to-date ETA for your items. You can even see your tracking information here once your order ships! If you run into any issues, contact Customer Support. We’ll take care of you!

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  For your convenience, we include all customs fees, import duties, and taxes up front so there are no surprises later. Simply input your address upon checkout and we’ll calculate the total cost for getting your order from our door to yours.

Due to size, select items are ineligible for this service. Contact Customer Support to talk about your options, and we’ll take care of you!

Please note: International Orders are non-returnable and cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

Do you offer gift receipts with my order?

We do not offer separate gift receipts currently.

All orders arrive with a packing slip that omits the price of each product and includes instructions on how to exchange or return. Each individual item will be shipped with the price omitted from the tag.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer digital gift cards in amounts ranging from $10 to $1000.
We offer physical gift cards in our PDX + NYC Showrooms.

Both digital and physical gift card purchases are non-refundable.

 

Where can I find my tracking?
